New Bern’s draft Transformation Plan is now available for your review and comment!  This plan is the work of a broad collaboration of about 150 people from across New Bern.  Kudos to the committed and hard-working community residents, nonprofits, support agencies, business leaders, faith leaders and concerned citizens have come together to create this roadmap to change in the Greater Five Points community.

Your comments and questions are welcome until mid-January 2016 when the final plan is due to HUD.
